Anjanette Pelletier, Director, Management Consulting Services, brings 25 years of special education experience to School Services of California Inc., including program development, professional learning networks, and expertise in special education legislation and fiscal policy. Anjanette is a respected expert on special education finance, presents at conferences for statewide associations, and leads statewide professional development and workshops on special education topics. Anjanette has advanced training in dispute prevention and resolution techniques, facilitation strategies, and uses these skills to lead professional learning and improvement teams, including Local Control and Accountability Plan and Compliance and Improvement Monitoring alignment, Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) local allocation policy development, and equity-focused outcome work related to disproportionality and inclusive practices.
Anjanette is a Licensed Educational Psychologist and has supported local educational agencies in roles from school psychologist to Associate Superintendent for the San Mateo County SELPA. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Child and School Psychology from Cal State Hayward.
