The Standardized Account Code Structure (SACS) software is the required reporting tool that is used in the state of California for financial reporting. With funding for the K-12 system, inclusive of one-time federal stimulus dollars exceeding $100 billion, the SACS software is necessary to ensure that revenues and expenditures are recorded accurately and in a consistent format.
Without a base level of understanding, the SACS software can be daunting and overwhelming. The training focuses on the budget development period and provides technical advice on each of the required forms, including, but not limited to, the technical review checklist, cash flow, criteria and standards, and the multiyear projection.
Who Should Attend?
This webinar is a must for staff who are responsible for preparing the forms in the SACS software, as well as up-and-coming fiscal staff who are looking to take the next step in their career.
