As a reminder to school leaders that students with disabilities are to be provided equal access to online resources and instruction as are provided their peers, on March 16, 2020, the United States Department of Education Office for Civil Rights issued a webinar and fact sheet. The webinar and fact sheet review compliant procedures and remind schools to consider assistive devices as needed for students with disabilities to access online learning.
